Hey y’all! We just got back from Las Vegas, and wanted to share our trip with you! Ashley and I have both been to Vegas before, but this was my first time as a legal adult. Full disclosure, Ash and I don’t love Vegas. We always prefer a trip to the mountains, countryside, or beach over a place like Vegas. With that in mind though we did have a fantastic time!
Our dad had a conference there, so we decided to tag along and crash! Just like we did in the Bahamas! We spent 3 1/2 days there, and that was the perfect amount of time. On this trip we stayed at the MGM Grand, which I believe is one of the biggest hotels in Vegas. It had great restaurant options, and tons of stuff to do.
On our first full day in Vegas we headed to the Neon Museum to see all of the old signs from the casinos that don’t exist anymore. I’ve only included a few pictures here, but head back here on Monday to see more pictures from the Neon Museum.
Then we headed over to Downtown Vegas to visit Fremont Street. This was our first time down there to see the older hotels and the new outdoor screen and zip line! I even did the zip line down Fremont Street! What an experience that was! It was very crowded, but that was to be expected. I would highly recommend a visit downtown. I believe the gambling and the alcohol are cheaper as well.
We spent our days exploring the hotels and eating…a lot! Vegas buffets am I right!? Let’s just say I was STUFFED after this trip!
On our last night we headed over to the Mirage Hotel to see the Beatles LOVE Cirque Du Soleil show. It was incredible! Daddy Dunn pulled through and got us front row tickets, so we were in the action. I would highly recommend this show!

We finished the night at the whiskey bar before we headed on our red eye flight home!
Overall, we had a fantastic trip! A quick little getaway was just what we needed. Make sure you watch our travel vlog below to see everything we got up to in detail!
