A Fresh Look For Spring
We’ve had some drastic temperature changes in NYC over the past week, but I think we are finally on the path to spring weather! The change in weather always has me craving a newness. There’s something about that spring air combined with the leaves on trees and blooming flowers that always inspires me to try some new style twists in my wardrobe.
I mentioned this in our spring clothing haul video over on our YouTube channel, and this is probably controversial, but I am over skinny jeans. I don’t think they are going anywhere, and I do still own them, but I’m tired of wearing them. For awhile that is the only style of jean you could find in stores, but over the last year or so I’ve seen other styles start to sneak back in. The denim shape I am most into for spring is the cropped silhouette. Cropped jeans seem new and fresh and I think look super cute styled a variety of different ways.

I actually really like these, and for such a great price (they are under $40!) I’ve picked them up in several washes. I also really like this pair if you have a slightly larger budget. But for a really nice high quality pair of jeans, these still come in at under $100, which is a bargain in my opinion.
