My Autumn Bucket List

It’s Time For All Of The Autumnal Things

My Autumn Bucket List

If you follow us on Instagram, you would have seen how happy we were this weekend with the sudden drop in temperatures. I basically come alive again every time the leaves change colors and I can finally wear a beanie again. Prepare to hear me talk about how much I am loving the weather, and how happy I am to have the windows open and wear a sweatshirt every day. It’s time and I’m here for it!

We have so much going on right now, but we are not going to let that stop us from doing all of the autumn things! Something very exciting is happening at the end of October, so get excited! 🙂 Last year we were both going through some really tough things, and we just really didn’t have the time to do everything that autumn has to offer, but we are not going to let that happen this year. I’m so excited to get started, and the first thing is happening in just a couple of weeks. So, without further adieu this is my autumn 2018 bucket list!

Go Apple Picking. This is something we look forward to every year. It’s such a fun time, and we always come back with SO many apples! We love coming up with new recipes to make with all of our apples. Send us your favorite ones! We need some ideas.

Pumpkin Picking. Sometimes this goes along with the apple picking. A lot of times the farms up here in New York have apples and pumpkins that you can pick your own of. I’m SO excited to get some pumpkins to decorate the apartment with.

Hocus Pocus/Tower of Terror Movie Marathon. Fun fact about me, I LOVE horror and thriller movies. Unfortunately for me Ash and Allix hate them. I’m basically not allowed to watch them. Well I can if I’m by myself, which trust me I do, but I can get them to watch Hocus Pocus and Tower of Terror. One of my favorite things is to get a bunch of snacks and pile pillows and blankets on the couch to watch movies. This will 100% be happening very soon.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween. We are headed to Disney for my birthday in October, and we are so excited to experience it all set up for Halloween. I’ve only been to Disney once, and I was 6, so I’m so pumped to go back. Especially since it will be Halloween.

Bake Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. I’m actually not a huge pumpkin fan, but Ashley makes these amazing pumpkin chocolate chip muffins that I have been craving lately. She hasn’t made them in a couple years, but Ash here is your warning! I need you to make them! 😉

Take A Walk Through Central Park To See The Leaves. We walk in Central Park all the time, but it is so beautiful during fall. The leaves are absolutely beautiful, there is a chill in the air, and everyone is just so happy. If you ever have the chance to experience Central Park during fall take it!

Go To A Haunted House. This one is a long shot, but I’m hoping it can happen. Remember how I said I love horror movies? Well I love haunted houses as well! We used to go to them all the time when I was little, I think that’s why I’m not scared. Allix is terrified of them, as are most people, but it is my dream to go through one with her! I think it would just be so funny and I would have a blast. I don’t know if I could put her through it though because she really does hate them. There is something about the adrenaline of them that I just love. I’m aware that I am weird, but I’m hoping I can find someone to go to one with.
