A Week In Dallas | Take Two

A little over a month ago Shelby spent a week in Dallas and shared what she got up to. I just returned from a week in Dallas as well, so I thought I would share some photos of my adventures.

I started off the week by taking in a baseball game, adult milkshake in hand. The Rangers are doing really well this year, so hopefully we’ll see them in the World Series in a few weeks.

It was well timed that I was able to attend a fabulous Barbie gymnastics birthday party honoring two of my favorite little girls in Dallas.

We had lots of fun bouncing on trampolines, doing somersaults, and zip lining…

Texas definitely hasn’t received the memo that’s it’s fall yet, but with sunsets like this it’s hard to complain.

I also made it to the State Fair, which I wrote more about here. I feel like I’ve been to the fair more since I’ve lived in New York than when I lived in Texas, ha ha.

I got to catch up with my besties over some tex-mex and margaritas…

…and give lots of snuggles to my parent’s dog Bailey. She’s 14 years old and hasn’t been doing that well lately, but she really turned around during my visit. Maybe she just needed a visit from her favorite human 🙂

I also got to head to the Dallas Arboretum to see it all decked out for fall with my handsome little date. Holy pumpkin grail!

Dallas was fun, but I’m happy to be back in New York with it’s true fall weather, where I can wear scarves and boots without sweating!

Hope you have a great weekend!
