Today we are exploring another neighborhood, Meatpacking District. If you have ever watched Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Sex & The City, or Fatal Attraction you are familiar with this little neighborhood in New York. The cobbled streets make for a perfect Instagram, but do not bode well for wearing heels to the handful of nightclubs in the area. Meatpacking District spans about 5 blocks south of 14th street on the Hudson River. We love this tiny little neighborhood so much that we frequent it quite often. This is also where Shelbs met Harry Styles!
There are a lot of great places to eat in Meatpacking. Start off with a visit to Gansevoort Market. There are a ton of food stalls for you to choose from if you just want a snack or a full meal. After your snack, head across the street to Dos Caminos for some margaritas and a Mexican feast.

It’s still definitely worth mentioning as well as a stop in. Even if you just pop in to see it! If you love coffee though, the Reserve Roastery is a must stop on your trip!

Is it just a drink and a good time you are looking for? Immerse yourself into the German style Biergarten at that Standard Hotel underneath the Highline, or maybe find yourself amongst celebrities at the Sugar Factory. For an amazing seafood experience head over to Catch NYC.

Some of our favorites are Diane Von Furstenburg, Warby Parker, Patagonia, and Zadig & Voltaire.

If you are one of the elite members you may find yourself at Soho House located here. There are also many nightclubs in the area. Le Bain, and Provacateur are always fun options. If nightclubs aren’t your thing you can visit The Whitney Museum of American Art, or The Highline.
