Avocado toast has become my go to breakfast lately. It’s healthy, but still filling and I actually look forward to making it. It’s very easy to make and comes together in under five minutes. I have a few tricks that i have perfected in my version.
Ingredients:
Avocado
Bread
Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic
Red Pepper Flakes
Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit.
Dice each half while still in the shell and then use a spoon to scoop it out and into a bowl.
Mash with the spoon.
Toast your bread and the spread the avocado onto the bread.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over each piece and then follow with a dash of granulated garlic and red pepper flakes.
