I can’t believe we are finally showing you all the rooms in our new house! We hope you enjoyed the living room yesterday! It has been a journey, but we are so excited to share them. The kitchen was very very exciting for us because we are used to teeny tiny kitchens in NYC. We haven’t had a kitchen table since we lived at our parents house, so that was honestly one of the most exciting things in the entire house.
With the exception of maybe upgrading our coffee maker, the kitchen is pretty much fully done which is such a breath of fresh air.

Let’s start with the dining area. Allix and I were dying for pink velvet chairs, but we definitely had to convince Ashley of them. We thought they played well off the velvet couch in the living room. The table is from Article and the rug is actually from Ikea. The big prints on the wall are from minted. We LOVE that they have all of the colors from the living room/kitchen to tie them all together. The metal tray is from Target as well as the coasters.
We picked up this bar cart from Wayfair. If you remember we did have a bar cart in our NYC apartment, but it was too big for this space. I also never liked the way we set up the one there, so I was really big on keeping this one clean & simple. I wanted the liquor bottles to be aesthetically pleasing. We went to Denver Distillery and fell in love with the bottles so a lot of them are from there. The rest of our bottle are living in the pantry so it doesn’t look so crowded. The vase and faux flowers are from Target.

Now onto the actual kitchen area. We have a lot of appliances so we wanted to try and keep the majority put away, but keep out what we use everyday. We found this kitchen cart on Wayfair and it is the perfect size for what we needed and our space. We used the same barstools from West Elm that we already had. We also picked up the Instagram famous Our Place pan and I have to say…it really is awesome. Highly recommend.
