Next up in our house tour is my room. I love the way it turned out, but I know it will grow and evolve over the years. The layout of the space actually reminds me of our very first apartment in NYC so it’s a little nostalgic. For the past ten years my room has been pretty much a mix of pink/grey and white. I wanted to transition that to a little more earth toned in this space. It’s a nice zen space that i love to be in at the end of the day.

I have had inspiration saved from Pinterest for this room for almost a year so it was actually pretty quick to pick out everything I wanted to put in here. I got brand new furniture. My bed frame is from Wayfair as well as the rug. I upgraded to a queen bed so I got a new mattress from Casper. It is so comfortable. Highly recommend. All of my bedding is from Bed Threads. I’ve never had linen sheets before, but I truly love them. The nightstand and dresser are from West Elm.
I have a lot of crystals, candles, and books but I wanted to be really careful about what I put out. I didn’t want it to look so crowded. Almost all of my prints are from Society 6! If you want specific links to them just shoot me a DM on Instagram! I’m obsessed with the shelves above my bed and the prints. All of the faux plants are from Ikea except the floor plant is from Target. The little wooden stool is also from Target and the astrological storming candle is from The Sister Market.

I also have my own bathroom, except that it is shared with the guest bedroom. It’s not an en suite, but it’s right across the hall. I’ve actually never had my own bathroom in my life, so this is a nice treat. I knew right away how I wanted to style it. The shower curtain, bathmat, and shelves are from Urban Outfitters. I also love putting Eucalyptus in the shower. It makes for such a nice shower experience. I also have the only bathtub in the house. I’m waiting for the day that Ashley asks me to use it! hahaha
I absolutely love how everything turned out in my bedroom and bathroom! A total refresher for a new state.
