If you follow us on Instagram, you may have seen that I injured myself last week. It was very stupid and completely my fault. I tripped and fell walking across the street, landed on my hands and knees, and popped my right shoulder out of place. I had a MRI this weekend to determine if anything ripped or was torn, and will hopefully go back to the doctor today to get the results. Fingers crossed it’s nothing serious. In the meantime, I have a very intense sling rendering my right arm completely useless. And guess what? I’m right handed. Big shout out to Shelbs for being my right hand (literally) the past several days. Don’t worry though, I’m paying her in Sprinkles cupcakes.
Since I’ve pretty much been unable to cook, I’ve been living off of healthy snacks. I’ve had countless Lara Bars and bags of Harvest Snaps. Luckily they are just as delicious as they are good for you.
We always have some kind of bar in our purses. My go to are either Lara Bars or Kind bars.
I usually crave salty over sweet. When I need something crunchy, I grab Snapz or Harvest Snaps.
Other snacks that are great on the go are these Justin’s almond butter packets or these Mamma Chia squeeze packs
