It’s that time of year where everyone has holiday decor on their brains. Do you put up your holiday decorations early or are you a last minute decorator? The past several years we’ve put up our holiday decor prior to Thanksgiving, as we always travel during that week, and we like to come back home to a decorated house. However, we didn’t have time to do that this year, so we’ll be putting up our decor when we’re back in NYC next week. Which is good, because that gives us a little more time to pick up a few more special items we have our eyes on. As I was scrolling through the internet making a list of the things I was considering, I thought I’d share with y’all too!

I’m obsessed with this stocking! If you don’t need a stocking this year, I also like to gift them to friends with little gifts stuck inside. I love the trio of this pillow, these houses, and these trees. I think they go so well together and are a fresh take on the holiday color palette. I think this wreath, these lights, and these candles with these deer would be so cute on a mantle!

Do you like to change up your holiday decor every year or are you all about tradition? We like a little bit of both. We have special ornaments from our childhood that we love pulling out and putting on our family tree every year at our parents house, but sometimes it’s nice to add some modern fresh decor into the mix.
