If you have been following us for awhile, you know that brunch is one of Ash and I’s favorite weekend activities. I’m always looking for new places that we can try. I discovered this little gem nestled a block away from Madison Square Park.

The Little Beet Table is entirely gluten free, and very vegetable forward. There were so many things on the menu that we wanted to try, so we will definitely have to go back!

The rustic farm like aesthetic of the space is beautiful. It’s very welcoming, and relaxed. We started off our meal with some blood orange mimosa’s! I mean, what is brunch without a mimosa!? We also ordered the cauliflower hummus. It was actually so tasty! They topped it off with popcorn, which I thought was such a cool touch. It was nice to have a little crunch in every bite!

Ashley ordered the pumpkin fritata, and I ordered the maple french toast. She loved the combination of flavors in her meal, but I totally have to talk about the french toast! It was like a tasty game of Jenga with a sweetness of berries! I loved how it was stacked into sticks instead of full pieces of bread. It was also some of the best french toast I have ever had!

We had an amazing brunch! Next time you are in NYC you should stop by. You won’t regret it! 🙂 Happy Brunching, and Happy Weekend!!
