How We Celebrated
I can’t believe this day has finally come and gone. It’s crazy to think that I’m 27 years old now. Sometimes I feel that old, but sometimes I still feel like a 16 year old. I definitely wouldn’t go back in time, that’s for sure. We had a full two days of celebrating, and it was one of my best birthdays yet. If you remember at Ashley’s birthday we went to Catbird to get bracelets welded on. Ash, Allix, and I decided that we wanted to go back for each of our birthdays to get more added. So, off we went to Brooklyn to their welding annex to get our bracelet. We absolutely love them, and think they are totally worth the price.

Since we were all the way in Brooklyn we decided to take advantage and visit a coffee shop we have been wanting to try called Partners. It was awesome! We also picked up one of their almond croissants which is one of my favorite pastries. It was definitely an awesome day!

Ashley started off my actual birthday by surprising me with flowers and coffee! Two of my absolute favorite things! I spent the whole day snuggling with Poppy on the couch and it was perfect. Then we met up with some friends for dinner at Farmacy. Farmacy is one of our favorite restaurants in London. It’s plant based and super healthy so we always leave feeling great. They have a pop up here in NYC currently, and we already can’t wait to go back! I got the truffle “mac & cheese” and Ash got the pad thai!

Afterwards we headed to our favorite little UES speakeasy. They have the coolest drinks in such a fun atmosphere. I always get a different one each time. If you find yourself in New York you definitely need to stop by. The secret code you need to enter is ‘I want to see the storage room.”

Overall I had such a fun birthday! It was truly a day I will remember forever!
