The Books I Want To Read

Hey y’all! Happy Wednesday, and Happy Valentine;s Day! As I mentioned in this post a few weeks ago, I said I wanted to read more books this year so I gathered a list of them that I am going to start right away. I love that I can get all of these books on Amazon delivered to me so quickly. Sometimes I like a hard copy of the book, and sometimes I’m fine with reading it on my ipad. It just depends. Which way do you prefer?

Little Fires Everywhere– I’m starting this one on my flight to Dallas tomorrow and I’m really excited. Ashley just finished it and enjoyed it, so I hope I can report back with good news!

Everything, Everything– Fun fact about me, I love YA novels! Ashley makes fun of me because of that, but you know what I don’t care. My cousin actually told me about this book and the movie that came out recently! I can’t wait to read it.

The Woman In The Window– I don’t know much about this book besides the fact that it is a thriller and everyone is talking about it. I love a thriller as much as the next girl. Case in Point, my favorite book that we read in school growing up was The Westing Game. Also, Clue is my favorite board game. Hahahaha I’ve always loved a good thriller!

The Books I Want To Read

Still Me– This is the 3rd book in the Me Before You series by Jojo Moyes. Full disclosure I’m only halfway through the second book, so I need to finish that one before I start Still Me. In this one the main character moves to NYC, so I know I will be able to relate to it.

The Opposite of Hate– I saw Sophia Bush post about this book on her Instagram. It doesn’t come out until April, but anything Sophia recommends I know I will love! It’s all about repairing our humanity and coming together! We need a lot of that right now!

Call Me By Your Name– Everyone loves the story, and the Oscar nominated movie. I flipped through it when I was at Barnes & Noble the other day and it’s probably the shortest book of all of these on the list. I think I can get through this one pretty quickly. I can’t wait to see the story come alive in my head.

What books are you looking forward to reading in the next couple of months? Do you have any recommendations for me? Leave me a comment down below!
