New Products On My Radar
[one_half padding=”0 3px 0 0px”][/one_half][one_half_last padding=”0 0px 0 3px”][/one_half_last]It is no surprise that Ashley and I are obsessed with all things beauty. Makeup, skincare, everything! Even though our backgrounds are in fashion, we spend most of our time and money on beauty. It is something we have become very passionate about over the past few years. We are always trying out new products, so today I thought I would let you in on my list of products that I have been dying to try.
A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum– Sunday Riley is a brand I know really well and absolutely love. The Good Genes serum is one of my all time favorite products. Retinol is super important if you are trying to fight of aging and wrinkles, as well as dark spots and uneven texture. I have lots of discoloration and scars from acne, and this A+ High Reinoid serum is something I know will help!
Lavender Sleeping Mask– No one is surprised that something lavender is on my list! Ash and I both really love Laneige products. I use this moisturizer every night. I’m really interested in trying the overnight sleeping mask, especially since it is Lavender. I’m hoping it will be super hydrating because my skin is so dry from all of this cold weather.
Cannabis & Sativa Seed Oil– If you have been following us for awhile you will know that we LOVE the Lord Jones CBD lotion. We even got both of our parents hooked on it. For muscle aches and even headaches it works wonders. When I saw Kiehls made this Cannabis & Sativa Seed Oil I knew I needed to add it to my list. It says that it helps with redness, breakouts, & uneven skin tone. I think this in combination with the Retinol will truly transform my skin!
Magic Away Concealer– I have tried a few Charlotte Tilbury makeup products and let me tell you I am in love! They are truly awesome, I’ve heard so many people talk about this Magic Away Concealer and have been dying to get my hands on it. It’s been sold out, especially in the color that I will need, but I will most definitely be purchasing this soon!
Self-Tanning Drops– This is another product that everyone can not stop talking about. They are also never in stock because people love them so much. These Isle of Paradise tanning drops are easily mixed into your own lotion and moisturizer to give you the perfect fake tan. I’ve actually never been a huge self-tanner, mostly because I am the world’s palest person, but I think I am going to give these a try this summer!
Mascara– I’ve talked about Dior makeup before, especially their mascara primer. They are by far my favorite brand for mascaras. I have tried this one which I do really love, but I want to go ahead and try this Pump N’ Volume one next time I need to replenish!
Sheer Glow Foundation– I’ve spoken before how I’m not a huge foundation person, but I’m willing to give it a try. I feel like every beauty blogger loves the Nars Sheer Glow Foundation, so that is next on my list for face coverage.
Lavender Lip Mask– Again with the lavender, I know I know! We tend to always exfoliate and moisturize our face and body, but we tend to forget about our lips. That’s where this Bite Lavender Lip Mask steps in. I’ve used the plain agave one before, but I am really interested in this one infused with lavender.
Cold Pressed Castor Oil– I’ve seen several people talk about this Briogeo Castor Oil, so I had to look into it. It’s a multipurpose oil infused with vitamins to help your skin, hair, cuticles, eyebrows, and even eyelashes. If you read some of the reviews, several people have used this oil to help their eyelashes grow! I’m so interested to see if that will work for me! Stay tuned!
Squalane + Mineral SPF– I’ve been using the Supergoop SPF for about a year, but I’m curious about the Biossance one. As you know, Ash and I love every Biossance product we have tried. I think when I’m out of my current SPF I’m going to try this Squalane + SPF one from Biossance!
Hair Turban– I almost never blow dry my hair. I put so much heat on it with my curling wand and flat iron, that I never want to add unnecessary heat. I’ve seen several people talk about this hair turban for drying your hair, and I think it would be such a great product. It is supposed to help with frizz and reduce drying time.
Caffeine Solution– Full disclosure, I did buy this Caffeine Solution from The Ordinary last week. I’ve been using it every night since and I do like it so far. I feel like it has reduced my under eye bags a little bit, but with longer use I believe it will really work wonders!
Y’all, I think I have a problem! I’m just so obsessed with beauty products I can’t help myself! Which of these products are you most excited to try!?
