Happiness Is A Choice
I love these posts because it is a great time to take a step back and inventory the amazing things that have been happening lately. There are so many things recently that have been making smile, and I’m so excited to share some of them with you this month!
Spin Class. Spinning has truly changed my life. It is the BEST workout I have ever done, and has already completely transformed my body. I do just want to say that I am not trying to lose weight to be skinny or look differently. I am doing to to be stronger, and to help combat some health problems I have. I feel so good after a spin class, and I’m so thankful that Equinox offers them everyday that are included in my membership! Signs From The Universe. I am a huge believer in signs. There are so many times where I have been overthinking things, or needed an answer to something and then BAM the universe tells me exactly what I needed to hear. It’s actually pretty humbling, and has honestly helped with my anxiety of overthinking everything. I had a huge one happen a couple days ago and it is really comforting.
Reading. As horrible as it is, I don’t read very often. Frankly I don’t have a ton of time. I also always prefer watching videos over reading, but I made it a goal this year to read at least one book every month. I know we are only three months in, but im 3 for 3 and I feel great about it! Leave me all of your book recommendations below! I need more ideas!
Essential Oils. I have been using essential oils for years, but I have really stepped it up this year. I use my diffuser every night when I go to bed, and we use one in the living room every morning. I also use rollerballs for so many things! Especially if I have a headache. I have been loving these diffuser blends and rollerballs.
