Let’s plan your dream trip
Ashley and I get so many questions on a daily basis about New York and travelling. We are pretty experienced travelers, and have been on adventures since we were born. Even though we didn’t travel internationally until we were older, by the time I was in high school we had visited about 35 of the 50 states. Now we only have 5 left to visit. I vividly remember the first time our parents asked for a lot of our input on a trip. I was 9 years old and we were getting ready to plan our summer trip, something we did almost every year. This was around the same time that all of the personalized state quarters were being released. I obviously had a special map to collect them in. I proudly grabbed my map and brought it outback to sit on the back porch for our family meeting. Mom and Ashley wanted to visit The Grand Canyon, Dad and Ethan wanted to go to Vegas, and I wanted to go to LA. Spoiler..we did not go to LA. I was outvoted, but we still planned an amazing road trip with stops in Santa Fe, Sedona, The Grand Canyon, and Las Vegas. To this day it is still one of my favorite trips. We had a great time, but I think a big reason is because I had a hand in the planning. That trip sparked something in me, and I have wanted to travel ever since.
