Our second day of our time in Orlando was spent at Universal Studios. If you didn’t know, we are MASSIVE Harry Potter fans. We visited Universal in Los Angeles, but let me tell you the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando is on a whole other level! Here you get to visit Diagon Alley and then take the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade and Hogwarts. It was such a magical day! You truly feel like you are in the books/movies while you are there!

We went straight to Gringott’s to ride the Escape from Gringott’s ride! Let me tell you, it was so much fun. Ashley doesn’t like roller coasters and she loved it! There is one drop really close to the beginning, and then the rest is so much fun. You wear 3D glasses and you feel fully immersed in the experience! We then quickly grabbed some butterbeer and shopped our way through Diagon Alley!

We then popped back out into London and made our way to King’s Cross Station (which we have taken trains from in real life) and hopped on the Hogwarts Express to take us to Hogsmeade! This was such a cool experience because they made it seem like we were actually on the train from London to Scotland. Watch our vlog to see how it all panned out!

Once we arrived in Hogsmeade we headed straight for Hogwarts to the ride in the castle. This is the exact same one that is in LA, but it is still so much fun. You are basically flying in and around the castle with Ron, Hermione, and Harry filled with dementors and all of your favorite HP characters. We highly recommend this one! We also rode the Flight of the Hippogriff and then headed into the three broomsticks for a spot of lunch! I picked up another butterbeer, hot this time, and Ashley tried the pumpkin juice!

On our way out of Universal we found whoville and had a little ride on the carousel! Nothing like a little Dr. Seuss to end your day!

Overall we had such a fun day at Universal! We could go to Harry Potter world every single day, but honestly who couldn’t!?
