Last week we escaped the city and headed upstate for a few nights for a fun girls weekend! Our mom (who is fully vaccinated) flew up from Texas to meet us. We stayed at this Airbnb in Palenville, NY and hopped around to various towns in the Hudson Valley.

We LOVED the house we stayed in. It was thoughtfully decorated, well stocked, and actually much bigger in person than it appears in the photos.
We cooked most of our meals at home, a perk of having a full kitchen in our accommodations, but we did grab coffee out at several places and ate lunch at a yummy Indian restaurant in Rhinebeck.
