Ash and I are so excited to announce a new series exclusively on our YouTube channel! Every week we will be posting a “What I Ate In A Day” vlog with recipes, healthy eating ideas, and workouts. Sometimes it will be us individually, and sometimes it will be us together. This weeks is not as healthy as I would like because I’m in Dallas on a mini vacation, but next week we will be back to our healthy and mostly vegan eating habits. These videos are so much fun to film because it kind of holds me accountable for what I am putting in my body, and it forces me to actually get up and do that workout I don’t want to do.
Now remember, we won’t be posting about these videos on the blog after today, so make sure you are subscribed to our YouTube channel so you never miss out!
